With each passing week, the stakes only grow higher in girls prep hockey. The final playoff push is quickly approaching.
Even in the dog days of the season, there are still plenty of players stepping up for their teams on a game-in, game-out basis. That was the case last week.
Several skaters continued to rack up gaudy point totals, while others came through with clutch showings in wild comebacks. A handful of goalies posted huge save numbers across several games. Others who may have played just one game had critical performances in meaningful wins.

Top skater:Â Maddy Call, Thayer
Call (Dedham, Mass.) got the edge again this week as her torrid start to 2026 continued. The sophomore had five goals and eight points in two games. She had a hat trick as part of a five-point game in a 6-3 win over Milton Academy before adding two goals and an assist in a 9-1 win over Pingree. Kealty eclipsed her previous career-high for points (22) last week as well.

Top goalie:Â Kalyssa Bayne, St. George's
It was between Bayne and Middlesex's Niamh Tobin (Dorchester, Mass.) in the ISL this week, and Bayne got the edge. The senior Saint Anselm commit posted a .947 save percentage in a 1-1-0 week. She gave the Dragons a shot to win with 39 saves on 42 shots in a 4-2 loss to Rivers, and she followed it up with 33 saves on 34 shots in a 6-1 win over Canterbury.

Top skater: Gianna Marshall, Berwick
Marshall (Fremont, N.H.) was the difference in a bounce-back win for Berwick last week. After falling to Governor's, 4-1, Berwick responded with a 7-4 win over Hebron. Marshall was at the forefront of the win, leading the way with a hat trick. The freshman has six goals and seven points this season.

WOMEN’S BEANPOT: How Harvard took down BU for 2026 title
Top goalie: Marguerite Cordahi, Portsmouth AbbeyÂ
Cordahi was excellent in her lone start last week, helping the Ravens to a huge win over Frederick Gunn. Cordahi was among the differences for Portsmouth Abbey, doing her part as she turned aside 23 of 24 shots in the 2-1 win.

Founders/Housatonic
Top skater: Annie Forker, Choate
Although she was held off the scoresheet in a tight, 2-1 loss to Taft in overtime, Forker (Stratford, Conn.) was terrific in Choate's first two games last week. The senior had seven points across a pair of wins. She had a hat trick and two assists in a 6-0 win over Westminster. The Assumption commit added a goal and an assist in a 3-1 win over Hill School.

Tombaugh (New Haven, Conn.) helped lead the way in a massive win for Taft against Choate as the two teams jockey for positioning in the JSPR. The sophomore turned aside 30 of the 31 shots she faced as the Rhinos won in overtime, 2-1.

Top skater: Caroline Averill, Phillips Andover
Averill's —and linemate Sarah Powers' (Lynnfield, Mass.) — insane start to January continued over the last week. The former had six points (three goals) in two games. Averill (Wayland, Mass.) had a goal and an assist in a 9-0 win over Kimball Union before putting up four points (two goals) in a 4-2 win over then-No. 6 St. Paul's. The Princeton commit eclipsed the 100-point milestone, too.

Top goalie: Katie Hurley, Berkshire
Hurley and Berkshire had a rough game in what ended up being a 9-0 loss to Williston. She bounced back admirably in her next two starts. The St. Cloud State commit was the difference in a 2-1 win over Hill School with 33 saves on 34 shots. She also tuned aside all 14 shots she faced as she split the net in a 5-1 win over Millbrook. Hurley finished with a .925 save percentage over the three appearances.

Moseley was on another level in KUA's wild comeback over Tilton. The Tigers trailed 3-0 after the first and 4-2 in the second before winning, 5-4. Moseley's fingerprints were all over the win as she had four points (two goals). She scored the go-ahead goal in the third period to cap off the rally.

LeMay (South Grafton, Mass.) led Tilton to a big bounce-back win after the Rams squandered a big lead against KUA the day before. The freshman turned aside all 21 shots she faced for a 2-0 shutout over Brewster Academy.

Norton (Pelham, N.H.) extended her point streak to four straight with points in all three of Austin Prep's games last week. She scored the Cougars' lone goal in a 9-1 loss to Cushing before adding a pair of assists in a 3-2 win over Hoosac. Norton also scored AP's lone goal in a 4-1 loss to Mount Saint Charles.

Leclerc's strong season continued with a pair of quality starts for NYA last week. The senior posted a 25-save shutout in a 3-0 win over Vallaincout foe Pomfret. She followed it up with 33 saves in another conference win as NYA beat Worcester Academy, 6-1. She finished with a .983 save percentage in the two games.
