Once you find an item you wish to purchase, click on “Add to cart”. The item(s) will be added to your cart. You may then continue shopping or “Proceed to Checkout”. If proceeding to checkout, you will need to provide shipping address, credit card, and other information.
How do I cancel or change an order?
Email support@prestosports.com to cancel or change an order. Be sure to include the order # in the email.
If the size you wish to order is not listed in the drop down menu on the item page, that particular size is no longer available.
If the item is not posted on the site, it is not available. New items are regularly added to the site so please check back often.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
All of our items include FREE shipping and handling.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed with usually take 2-3 business days to pick and pack for shipment. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of certain holidays. Once the order has been picked and packed, it will be sent via standard delivery.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
If you wish to ship to more than one location, you will need to place an order for each individual shipping address. It is not possible at this time to input more than one shipping address per order.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Depends on the item(s) being shipped. We assure you that we take the most careful approach to make sure your items arrive undamaged when shipped from our warehouse.
If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of your product price and associated tax, within sixty (60) business days of the receipt of the item(s).
To return an item simply return the item in new unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached via a trackable method to:
